Welcome! Thanks so much for joining the Business Events Network. I created this site as a way to share my experience, knowledge, templates, thoughts and everything about Business Events with like-minded people who love the industry.
Throughout my 30+ year career I've personally struggled to find a place where documents, templates and support were easily available or a forum where I could connect with other Business Event professionals to help me get started on my Business Events journey.

To create a home where anyone who organises or supports events can find and connect with their tribe. Events might be your whole role or just one part of your role. To us, you belong and we're here to support your events journey no matter how big, small, long or short it may be.

To build a community whose united voice helps lifts each other, support each other and drives recognition for the industry we love.
To create a thriving community which attracts paid advertising that is then used to fund a scholarship to support members to attend events they've dreamed of seeing in action!
About Paula
I'm a passionate advocate for the power of business events to create long term economic and sustainable impact. As a leader within the business event and association/not-for-profit sectors, with more than 30 years’ experience, I work with organisations to successfully design, develop and implement business event strategies that enhance the member experience, adapt to changing environments and best practice, diversify revenue streams and increase the value of the organisation.
I started The Business Events Network as I have personally struggled during my career to find a community and a home where I could easily connect with my peers and my tribe.
